Boyle Family Celebrates 100 years on Rosemount Farm
On the 7th of October 1921 Nicholas and Maria Boyle and ten of their eleven children (seven boys and four girls) moved to Rosemount from Northern New South Wales and purchased the farm that would become their legacy, still supporting the Boyle family four generations into the future.

Ross said there was no real risk of losing a crop, as there'd been no serious flooding, the only issue with such sustained rainfall was the turf lost some of its "fantastic look”, but that usually returned within 1-2 weeks.
Rosemount Turf Farm is cutting up to 15,000sq m of turf a week - enough to stretch almost from Maroochydore to Noosa if the rolls were laid end to end.
